Blogging at The Pink Heart Society!

I'm back at the The Pink Heart Society today blogging about temptation and chocolate ice cream. Oh and Hugh Jackman.

MIA

I know, I know... I have been a tad silent on the whole blogging thing but I's been busy. Honest guv! Straight up! What with the tax deadline due I was neck deep in paperwork. Why oh why do I leave things to the last minute?? I mean I have had since last April to sort it all out but... no I left it late again.

In other reading related news I have been revisiting my Tad Williams' collection and having finished The Dragon Bone Chair, I have moved on to The Stone of Farewell. I looked at when my copies were published and I realised that I have them since 1990. Nineteen years. I'm not old enough surely!!! Anyway they are keeping me happy for the moment.

In writing news I have opened the 'Bah Humbug' file... wrote about two sentences and came to a grinding halt. It will come slowly, I'm sure.

Other than that nowt much to report, just keeping my head down and powering through.

Not in Nashville. Not in Nashville All Week. Not Happy.

Thanks to everyone who has said such nice things about my foray into television. I was pleasantly surprised by my turn and was very happy to be involved in such a great programme.

And now we move on to my gripe.

I'm not in Nashville. I won't be in Nashville all week. I am NOT happy.

Here are ten reasons why I am not happy...

1) The CMAs are happening tomorrow
2) I am not going to the CMAs
3) Kenny Chesney will be performing at the CMAs
4) I am not going to be at the CMAs
5) Kenny Chesney could be winning an award at the CMAs and therefore available for questions after in the press room
6) I am neither at the CMAs or in the press room at the CMAs
7) The BBC aren't televising the CMAs this year
8) I am not even going to see the highlights of the CMAs
9) Hugh Jackman IS PRESENTING AN AWARD AT THE CMAs!!!!
10) I AM NOT GOING TO BE THERE!!!! *sob*

I know I have been AWOL this month, nothing exciting happening just time got away from me.

But today I am over at The Pink Heart Society with my monthly update on THE BOOK. Actually this week it isn't me but rather these two... explaining why I am struggling with the book. They seem to be blaming each other. This could explain why I am struggling... they aren't exactly communicating.
