Exhausted!

Well it has been one hell of a week. I have been without power, heating and hot water. Got the power back after 36 hours but heating and hot water took FOUR DAYS!!! So not happy! Much ranting and raving which is very tiring. Add this to having to go to the gym at 6.30 am every morning just to get clean.

The day job has also been a bit trying. We had a big deadline due on Friday (much is riding on it!) and it got met... YAY!!

And this weekend I have been getting my Golden Heart submission ready. Yes, I know... a leetle late but hey what can you do? So all is done and it just needs Fedexing tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed it doesn't get held up in customs.

Oh and yeah, this does mean the draft is done!! Still some polishing and layering to be done before it goes to M&B. Soon, very soon it will be gone! Gone I say!!!

Not in Nashville. Not in Nashville All Week. Not Happy.

Thanks to everyone who has said such nice things about my foray into television. I was pleasantly surprised by my turn and was very happy to be involved in such a great programme.

And now we move on to my gripe.

I'm not in Nashville. I won't be in Nashville all week. I am NOT happy.

Here are ten reasons why I am not happy...

1) The CMAs are happening tomorrow
2) I am not going to the CMAs
3) Kenny Chesney will be performing at the CMAs
4) I am not going to be at the CMAs
5) Kenny Chesney could be winning an award at the CMAs and therefore available for questions after in the press room
6) I am neither at the CMAs or in the press room at the CMAs
7) The BBC aren't televising the CMAs this year
8) I am not even going to see the highlights of the CMAs
9) Hugh Jackman IS PRESENTING AN AWARD AT THE CMAs!!!!
10) I AM NOT GOING TO BE THERE!!!! *sob*

I'm on the TELLY!!!

Yes I'm on the TV tonight at 8pm on BBC4. Well I think I am. Of course I could be edited out (which is likely due to my usual blithering idiot act!)

It is a documentary called 'How To Write A Mills & Boon' and the interviews were done back in May. Back when I was 17 pounds heavier!! ARGHHH!! So if you do watch it could you just take off the 10 pounds TV puts on you and then another 17 and you'll have my current look... oh and my hair is now in a bob. Actually why don't I ask Stella and the rest of the gang round to re-shoot it?

Anyway when I stop obsessing over such superficial things we can move on to the content. Stella was a fun person to be interviewed by so I am hoping that the documentary is good. And then of course there is 'Consuming Passions' which is on afterwards.

I know I have been AWOL this month, nothing exciting happening just time got away from me.
