YEE HAW!!!

Last night was a fantastic... nay fantabulous night. Why? I hear you cry!! Well because I got to go to a Dolly Parton concert...



It was wonderfully camp and she held the whole of Wembley Arena in the palm of her hand and didn't even break a nail doing it!

Having seen Ms Parton before I knew she was good but this was the first major concert I had seen... it included a dancing half naked farm boy who in the second half morphed into Elvis Presley for quite possibly the most camp part of the evening.

A sparkly rhinestone encrusted night (and that was just the men in the audience!)... I love Dolly xx

Nashville Nights (and some mornings and afternoons)

I have wrestled the photos off Lee and will add to my cowboy hugging collection by adding this one of myself and the incredibly tall Darryl Worley (6'6"). I kindly received an invitation to sit on his tour bus and drink whiskey from his NY promo guy, RJ (who is one of New York state's biggest Eastenders fan)



After my gratuitous groping of Mr Worley it was time for Big & Rich's Kegger!!! These people KNOW how to party. Free drinks and food at the rehearsal hall at the GEC, our own flashing beer mugs (which I lost somewhere along the line) and a great concert. I also managed to be right at the front within touching (or being kicked) distance of John Rich's feet. I think The Chesney has a rival.... *sigh*

Below are a few shots from it... for those of you who are not familiar with Big & Rich. The smaller darkhaired gentleman with the guitar and the 'tash is John Rich, the man in the tall hat is Big Kenny and the little guy is Two Foot Fred (one of the extended Big & Rich family known as The Muzic Mafia).

If I Had A Photo

If I had a photo it would be of Daryll Worley and I cuddling on his tour bus. Or it would be of John Rich up close at the Big & Rich kegger. Or it would be of Jon Bon Jovi at the keynote speech...

But I don't have a photo of any of these as Lee has the camera and he was last seen taking pictures of Taylor Swift whilst I was riding the lift with John Rich heading for Gretchen Wilson's party.

Ahhh well and it is a good thing there is no photo of how I look this morning!

However I just had to post another photo of me canoodling with cowboys. This one was fully clothed and is the talented Dusty Drake. He records for Big Machines and has a single out called "Say Yes".... (well who wouldn't?)

Have to rush, I'm meeting Jon Bon Jovi at 9am
