So this week is busy busy in an extremely good way!!

Tomorrow I get to interview the very cute Jace Everett and the very lovely Julie Roberts. They are in London as part of the CMA's" New from Nashville" concerts.

I can see myself asking the beautiful Ms Roberts exactly who designed those gorgeous shoes on the front of her 'Men & Mascara' CD

And then tomorrow evening I get to hear them play!!! WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

And then I will stagger home exhausted and happy, fall into bed and wake up early and fly to New York...

Blog Entries Blown Into A Tissue

OK I will try and explain the title of this blog entry....

This weekend just gone I was going to blog about past relationships and how strange it is to view them from the gap of thirteen-some years... then the said bloke involved actually contacted me which was a little freaky.

So then I was going to blog about how strange coinkidink things happen, you know that sort of thing... your thinking of someone and they call. Spooky. Connected. ESP... But then I realised I hadn't finished my tax return.

So then I was going to blog about paper mountains and shredding, this is the after effects of the search for my info for the taxman.... But then I caught a cold.

So all I can do is sneeze, cough, splutter and all my blog entries are lost somewhere in a sea of scrunched up kleenex.

*sigh*

I managed to stagger back and am still in recovery. That Abby Green throws a good party (and a good night-before-out-in-Dublin party)

The rest of this week is being spent down the gym, working and also sorting out tax stuff.

Next trip will be New York for the first week in February... this is not writing related :-)

Revving Up

So here we are starting the second week of the year... and my engine is sputtering already. I have started my fitness regime compliments of big sister and am now sporting aching legs.

I am off to Dublin on Thursday so I can go to a book launch there on Friday. Abby Green will be celebrating her first book for Mills & Boons!! I will be hanging out with some of the RNA and M&B gang (hanging on to those coat tails!) I will also be catching up with a very old school friend and meeting her new son.

Anyone know what they wear for book launches in Dublin?

Happy New Year to you all! I saw it in with my lovely big sister and good friends. Sadly one of the friends I wanted to spend it with was laid up with a cold and a bad back :-( Hopefully he will be up and grooving soon *sends healing vibes in M's general direction*

I haven't made any resolutions for 2007 except to build on everything from 2006. Just have to remind myself to cruise through the rough times by holding on to the dream.
